The Court of Public Awakening is grounded in RULE OF LAW non-government citizen Grand Jury oversight, acting as a “…protector of citizens against arbitrary and oppressive governmental action,” as reaffirmed by the Supreme Court in the ’74 Calandra and ’92 Williams cases.
We acknowledge that petitioners are not perfect, and our mission is not to vilify, but to create better lives for all. We stand firm in our natural, common, and constitutional rights, and we reject deception, destruction, and tyranny.
